The compact X-GAGE3D is the all-in-one sensor for fast and precise 3D measurement and digitalization of components. It is suitable for both stationary and robot-guided applications.

X-GAGE3D is equipped with four high-resolution cameras, high-precision optical systems, and embedded technology, making the sensor the ideal solution for 100% component monitoring, even in the most demanding applications (e.g. on glossy objects). The multi camera view leads to much more complete point clouds and an increased robustness against reflections on shiny material. The embedded CPU/GPU generates the point cloud and performs the processing on the sensor, thus eliminating latency and bandwidth issues and the need for additional expensive PC hardware and server infrastructure.

Defective parts are reliably and objectively identified for removal using either fast CAD comparison or comprehensive analysis ISO compliant.
