Reliable inspection of transmitted distortion for flawless automotive glass
The SCREENSCAN-Faultfinder measures the horizontal and vertical transmitted distortion in automotive glass reliably and precisely. At the same time, it also checks the panes for optical distortions.
The system uses ISRA’s patented Moiré measurement technology to guarantee reliable and reproducible measurements. It measures the optics across the entire panel surface in millidiopters. The optical inspection system uses special filters to identify defect causes in the production process.
This guarantees production quality while also ensuring the optical quality of the ADAS (Automatic Driver Assist Systems) function.
SCREENSCAN-Faultfinder displays the recorded inspection results clearly using color coding. The inline inspection system is suitable for all kinds of automotive glass. Its compact design makes it easy to install on existing production lines.
- Color coded displays for horizontal & vertical transmitted distortion
- Intensity picture (black and white) for quick result overview
- Inspection of all areas down to 9 % transmission
- Automatic loading of pre-defined screen type settings and features
- Definition of screen specific settings
