Exact glass tension monitoring
FLOATSCAN-Stress reliably captures a precise tension profile at the cold end of the float line. It combines the results with data from the thickness measurement, in order to optimize the learning process and guarantee production of stress-free glass.
Combined with the FLOATSCAN-Coldgauge system for width and thickness measurements and the EPROMI system, it informs the user immediately of any process-related changes, so that they can take corrective measures quickly. The inspection system thus safeguards and optimizes the processes, making production more efficient.
