FLOATSCAN-5DXIN is the industry proven standard for float glass inspection. It combines several patented ISRA technologies, such as Cross Dark Field and Moiré, to ensure perfect detection and classification of all typical distorting and non-distorting glass defects. At the same time, the system performs optical measurement simultaneously to ensure compliance with both the toughest quality standards and any future requirements for float glass.
FLOATSCAN-5DXIN´s new and improved design now allows faster and easier maintenance access and provides improved accuracy as well as new tools to control the optical quality of the glass. The system also delivers important process information for immediate process analysis and fast optimization.
The system is part of the FLOATSCAN product range, the standard for inspecting float glass. It is adaptive and not affected by thickness, color or transmission deviations. It is easy to use and gives manufacturers important information to help them optimize production processes.
